Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (review text you paste, star ratings, review dates and labels, reviewer display names, business name, owner or manager name, a contact phone or email you choose to include in replies, tone, business type, review counts, response rates, average rating, average ticket, customer counts, minutes per reply, role names, weekday choices, response-time targets, and text of a drafted reply to scan) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). Review text may contain names or details written by reviewers; we process it only to produce the draft or summary you asked for. We do not ask for health information, account credentials or payment details - please do not send them. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking. We never connect to Google, Yelp or any review platform.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; avoid including details you do not want processed. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
